How does the process work?

The process by calling us at 214-471-5483 or filling in a form regarding your property and situation. Someone on our team should respond to you within 24 hours to find a good time to meet and look at the property. Once an agreement is made, our team will take care of all the paperwork and details for you and take it to the title company. Once Title Company gives us the green light, we go through the closing paperwork and you collect your cash!

Are there any fees or costs?

When we buy your house, we don’t charge you any hidden fees or costs. In fact, in many cases we will even agree to pay for all your basic closing costs, so you don’t have to!

What if the house needs repairs or is in bad shape?

It’s not an issue! We buy properties AS-IS in all types of conditions and circumstances. In fact, we even recently bought a house that was half burned to the ground.
